If a number matters to the owner, the owner can reach it. Dues, collections, expenses, profit and loss. Nothing sits behind a request.
No stopping for signal
Losing a bar of signal is not a reason to stop working. Work is queued on the phone, encrypted, and synced when the network comes back.
